Metta (Loving-Kindness) is a powerful practice which cleanses and purifies the heart. Through this guided meditation you learn to offer unconditional love towards yourself and all sentient beings.

Through the meditation practice one learns to cultivate loving-kindness through visualization and repetition of phrases such as “May I (you, everyone) be free from troubles of mind and body. May I (you, everyone) be free from suffering. May I (you, everyone) be at peace.”

    I Haven’t Smoke A Cigarette in 3 days. I Also have too listen at least once a day just too stay focus. I LOVE IT KEEP MORE COMING. TRUST ME I NEED THESE MEDITATIONS OH YEAH THANKS
