The Buddha discovered a way to live in the world free from suffering. He shared this radical discovery, providing a pathway leading to total liberation. The pathway, called The Eightfold Path, provides skillful means to diminish suffering and promote lasting happiness, for ourselves and others. In this class we will explore the components of the path and their relationship to one another. Attend this course and learn a pathway to lasting happiness. (This is a companion to The Four Noble Truth’s class but may be taken independently.)

We will explore breakdowns and breakthroughs, conflicts, resolutions, revelations, turning points, and peak experiences.
You will learn a creative method for contemplating your spiritual journey, and leave with a map in hand.
